We carry out benchmarks across organisations, within and beyond the customer's sector of activity, to compare best practices. We offer a number of methods to drive the customer down the road to excellence, in particular the 5 Steps method which establishes Roadmaps to give structure and to measure adoption of best practices.
Our role is to work alongside Purchasing Managers to assist them in the installation of organisations capable of delivering targeted results.
