Organisation

The organisation must be capable of delivering the expected results. We assist in checking that the components of the organisation form a whole consistent with the defined strategy:

  • Position within the company ranks
  • Internal Resources : headcount, skills
  • External Resources, because outsourcing is today a serious option
  • Roles : site, central, project, family, category…
  • Processes and interactions with internal clients

These factors are evaluated to ensure that the teams in place have the means to reach their objectives. We carry out benchmarks across organisations, within and beyond the customer's sector of activity, to compare best practices. We offer a number of methods to drive the customer down the road to excellence, in particular the 5 Steps method which establishes Roadmaps to give structure and to measure adoption of best practices.

Our role is to work alongside Purchasing Managers to assist them in the installation of organisations capable of delivering targeted results.
