Enables us to challenge the customer's ideas and objectives, bringing in our experience from other sectors – particularly concerning new supplier markets or technologies. Our task is to help customers to define an ambitious strategy with reachable targets.
We always work on the alignment with company strategy, and take in to account operational priorities and constraints, as well as supplier market trends. Our approach is highly communicative, and involves contributions from all internal customers, in order to ensure efficient uptake of changes during roll-out. We consider that the Purchasing Director drives the process of definition of a purchasing strategy which concerns all departments which actually spend the money.
We check that the company will be able to implement their strategy :
- Compatibility of the organisation
- Availability of appropriate resources
We verify that the strategy is consistent with other business priorities :
- Alignment with the Budget for the coming period
- Credibility in terms of prevailing economic and market conditions
Our aim is to assist Purchasing Management teams in the definition and subsequent delivery of more ambitious objectives, in shorter time frames.
