The diagnostic est based on interviews with buyers and especially their colleagues in other departments (end users, designers, accountants and financial controllers, general mangement...) in order to understand their level of awareness of the purchasing and ist strategies.

We construct a vision of the awareness of the purchasing function, in the areas tested, which is represented on a Communication Matrix. The interviews also highlight the perception of the department, in terms of value creation, contribution to results...

The gaps in levels of perception against a desired target level are quantified, and a communication plan is created to address the deficit areas.
