We ensure that purchasing strategy is aligned with company strategy, and also compatible with operational priorities and market conditions. Our approach is highly communicative, and engages the participation of end users to ensure optimal adoption of changes resulting from strategy deployment. The customer's Purchasing Director drives the process of defining his strategy, which concerns all operational departments that encur expenditure.

- Availability of adequate resources
We validate the coherence of proposed strategy :
- Alignment on the Budget
- Credibility versus economic conditions on supplier markets
- Accounting for any operational limitations.
